Charactermancer not working

My players (and myself, even when I go into their sheets) are unable to advance using the charactermancer. It won't take average, or let them roll for HP. The discard and exit button isn't working, so we can't go back to their sheets to edit directly even.  I have a group of newer players, so they typically use this feature to level up as it helps them. Is anyone else having issues, just me? Is there anything I can do to fix it? Sorry if this is a duplicate post! Any help would be appreciated.

Occasionally, the Charactermancer  will hiccup, and be unable to progress. These are usually isolated incidents. That fact that it is hapening across the game indicates that something else may be going on. I'm assuming these characters were originally created with charactermancer? Have they been written to by any API scripts, are you running any extensions that alter Roll20's features, or are you or your players in the habit of changing values on the Attributes and Abilities tab? If none of those sounds like the culprit, gather a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) from the time you attempt the action and use it to file a  Help Center Request . It's primarily Community Support here on the forum.

I am running API, but no extensions. The API I am running is turn tracker, group init, group check, and concentration. I suppose they could affect the charactermancer, but I have no real clue. LOL. If it is still going by tomorrow. I will put in the help ticket. NOTE: It is fixed for one or two, but not all (myself included). Weird...

I have never been able to use the Charactersermancer at all.
