I drug a +3 Longsword from the Compendium onto an NPC's character sheet and then made the mistake of looking at and considering the result. Now I am confused. Please consider the highlighted portions of the included image. Why is the "TO HIT" 2+3 for the One-Handed and 0 for the Two-Handed? I find the same settings for other Two-Handed weapons. Please de-befuddle me.
