sending a private message!

when trying to send a private message to another player... you get a Title box, the text menu selection , 'are you a robot' but NO window to actually write your message in!

Which browser are you using, what's your operating system, etc. Without this information, people are mostly in the dark as to what the issue could be.

windows 10, chrome,   going thro to a players profile page, and trying to private message them from there... send private message...   message box pops up.. a Title box, the text menu selection , 'are you a robot', send and cancel but NO window to actually write your message in!  

I haven't seen this often, but when I have, it worked for me to hit the button that inserts a horizontal line.  Give that a try and see if the text box shows.

This occasionally happens when something hiccups along the way. You can try backing all the way out and trying again, and if that fails, try clicking the horizontal rule button (last one in the button line) to force the text editor to insert a beginning character. If that also fails, you can try: a private browsing window, or clearing cache and cookies, or Logging out and back in and of course, capturing a Console Log ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) during the issue and filing a  Help Center Request .
