Player character tokens

It would be great if players could manage their own tokens. For example, I have several tokens for the same character, but with different facial expressions, which I would love to be able to change on the fly without bothering the GM every single time. It would be awesome if, in the character panel, there was one section for the character art/portrait, and one for the token. The way the tokens are organized at the moment is very counter intuitive and irrational.

The player should be able to manage the facial expression switch if the token is created as a rollable table (multi-sided) token. Currently, that requires the gm to create the table and set up the token from there, or the gm needs to enable vault access to the game so that the player can bring in a character with the already created rollable table token from their vault. https://wiki.roll20.net/Rollable_Table_Token I know there is more to your suggestion than that, but thought I would put that forward in case you hadn't messed with that form of token. I have a player in one of my games that has a dozen "personas" that he switches between using disguises. The token is set up with all the images included so that he can easily switch between them.

Thank you for that tip! I didn't know about that, and it seems to be more or less what I'm looking for! <3 <3 Thank you very much!
