You would probably find your solution in the turn order changes sticky somewhere above in the forums but one of your API's or your character sheet itself for the session are not working with their new changes to turnorders. Supposedly the fix is to open the turn tracker even if its closed, or empty, and clearing it manually. And whatever api you are using for the turnorder management you should make sure the author has released a version that now works with the new turn order changes.
