roll20 not working on mac anymore

hey ive been using roll20 for a few months on mac perfectly fine, when i try to get on todah, it doesnt load my games anymore. thank you for any help

Hi erin C! This is likely the same issue that has been reported elsewhere in the forums. If the situation you are reporting is that the loading screen never finishes, it is likely that your Turn Tracker is "stuck". This is a problem that should eventually become less and less common as people apply the fix. Try clearing the Turn Tracker. With any luck, this is your issue and the fix.

I just tried launching my game on my Mac Mini / Chrome / Incognito window and it worked OK just as it did last night. I now clear my Turn Tracker before every session, because I've seen the "blank" / "stuck" Turn Tracker show up again.  If clearing the Turn Tracker doesn't help, use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue.
