Strange issue with Dynamic Lighting?

Hey all- I searched the forums but couldn't find anything about this: I couldn't get Dynamic Lighting to work when I changed my hex-based map to meters instead of feet. It still didn't work when I changed it to 1 ft/ unit (hex), but when I reset everything to the D&D 5-ft standard, it all popped back on and the players could see everything. I could see it the whole time, but they couldn't until I went to the 5-ft units. Is this a glitch or as intended? (And if I missed a previous post or didn't find the right help doc, I apologize in advance.)

Havster could you answer a few questions please?  1) Dev or Main server? 2) What is the type of hex map (V or H)? 3) what was the map Scale setting when it worked and when it did not work? 4) What was the map Size setting when it worked and when it did not work? 5) What radius was the light source set to when it worked and when it did not?  Thanks.  - Gauss
Had to go look it up. Here's what I found, since i never changed the page, other than to run it back to 5-ft to make it work: 1) Main 2) Hex (H) 3) 50x50 map 4) grid yes, size 1 unit 5) Two answers here: A) On my end, tried setting map distances to 1 meter, 1 ft, and then got it to work at 5 ft B) On token end, I set them to radiate 2 ft  (only option) radius so they could avoid running into walls--tried it with both all players yes and no, both worked in 5-ft but not in the other settings on the map distances. No worries. Just remember to check for light sources on the map layer because they still work. :) - Gauss
