Players cant resize tokens

I started a new campaign and for some reason 3 of my 4 players cant resize their tokens when they're dragged on the screen.  I've been over their permissions on their character sheets and I cant find anything that's different between the 1 who can and the 3 who cant and I'm completely stumped by how to fix it.  The players can move their tokens, I've given the specific character permission, I've set it to everyone has permission and neither way works. When they left click they get the blue item border around the token, they can rotate it but just not resize it.   Can anyone help me out here before I go crazy lol.

I could be wrong, but I didn't think players normally could resize tokens, even with control. Has your one player that can  been promoted to GM status?

Nope just me.  I've played for years as a player and I've always been able to resize my own token afaik

Hmm, I had to give one of my players a token-mod macro for him to resize because he couldn't do it himself. Now I'm curious!

Players not being able to resize their tokens is normal behavior.  Are you using any 3rd party browser extensions that alter Roll20 behavior? 

I'm not but they very well could be on their ends.

The third party tools allow resizing, and for a short while it was on for everyone a year ago and we learned exactly why they shouldn't have access to resize their tokens.  You can move a token up against the dynamic lighting wall, and resize yourself over the wall and through to the otherside.  I like tokenmods method, I actually don't give them a free field to decide size, I have the 4 likely options available for them as a drop down selection.  For wildshapes I have a macro for their shapes that utilizes it along with other things.

Yeah that's def not a problem I have to worry about with my players lol
