Vtt will Not load my maps please help

I try loging intro roll 20 on Avast, Chrome and edge and all I get is the loading screen. The compendium seems to work but all I am getting is a blank screen. Can anyone please help?

Can anyone please help?   Open the turn tracker, and hit the clear items button in settings even if there is nothing there and reload.  Other than that, maybe try disabling extensions? You also should maybe open a ticket and post the console errors occuring if the turn order thing doesn't fix things.  Also Chrome and Firefox are the only supported browsers, Avast sounds like an extension may wanna disable that, its quite obsolete in the modern internet security age.  

Avast is a browser.... I have no  extensions active and I have submitted a ticked but I have a game this evening ... \

Hi Stefan N! Things to try: Clearing Turn Tracker (as suggested above) Try loading in a private browsing window Delete cookies and cache Is this a game you were previously able to load but now cannot?
