Is it possible to populate drop-down query with repeating-section entries?

I'm playing the old WEG d6 Star Wars. Characters have six main attributes, each of which has a variable number of skills. The character sheet uses a repeating section for each of the six skill groups. I'd like to set up a token action for each attribute that prompts a drop-down query listing only the entries in that repeating section. For example, if a character has the Blaster  and Dodge  skills under the Dexterity  attribute, I'd like a token action called "Dexterity" that when clicked, prompts the user to select between Blaster and Dodge . If the player later adds the Grenades  skill, then the drop-down should prompt the user to select between Blaster , Dodge , and Grenades , etc. Is this possible?

If this is for a roll, like the prompt happens when you click a roll button, then possibly, using a sheet workers. Not sure I totally follow (it sounds like a roll query), but the approach I think I'd take is to create a field (maybe multiple depending on how things need to work) that would construct the prompt. When the repeating section is updated, then the sheet worker triggers, grabs all the information needed for the roll, and then builds the query - I probably do the full query in that field, then where that query would need to be positioned in the roll formula, I'd just put that field.
