There's an XP team that can handle most normal issues, but very complex ones are usually assigned to a dev or dev team. That extra step is likely what takes time, and occurs in more difficult cases. I cannot speak for Roll20, but I would assume that if you have reported a problem in those 15 days, you have a good case for a return even if it takes longer to resolve. That is something that the team should be able to answer for you without a potentially longer wait. Nevertheless, if you don't file the report, the wait time is of course, infinite. ;) EDIT: I was eventually able to get the sheet to stop accepting drops. And in one case, the powers refused to be dragged at all. I can confirm that this is not behaving as expected. I'll make a report of this, but you should as well. More voices = more attention, and frankly, I don't have a dog in this game other than wanting folks to be able to play games without frustration. Mention in your report that you would like to return the purchase if it cannot be resolved. I already filed a report more than a day ago, should I file a new one with the info we've gained and the fact that I would like to return my purchase if it cannot be fixed? Thanks again
