Problem with video/voice chat

Hello everyone. I am planning to have a game this Sunday. I have two computers, a laptop and a desktop. I was working on my laptop on the go for preparing my game. I use Google Chrome for both computers. While working on the game with Launch Campaign, Roll20 asked me permission to use the computer's inbuilt camera and microphone. As there was a TV on in the background and I live with other people, I did not want to broadcast this at the moment so I clicked "Deny." Now I'm configuring things on my desktop, and receive no camera icon to allow access. With a test run with a potential player I could not hear them or broadcast my voice to them. How can I cause the camera icon to reappear in Google Chrome? https://wiki.roll20.net/Video_and_Voice_Chat Thank you for any help that you can give!

I would suggest clearing your cookies and cache to see if that makes the dialog re-appear. In the future you can turn off the camera/mic in the settings tab rather than denying it outright.

If that doesn't work: Goto Chrome Settings Click "Show advanced settings..." link at the bottom Click "Content Settings" button Scroll down to Media Poke about for where camera might be disabled Click "Manage exceptions..." button and check for denied sites for google or roll20 Check if "Do not allow sites to access your camera and microphone" is set etc...
Thank you for the advice. I looked on my laptop, and apparently the video/voice chat is enabled on that computer. I'm hoping that it works for my desktop. If not I'll just use the laptop for my games.
Aaron's advice worked. Thank you for your help!

Great! Happy gaming!
There is much easier way... in the URL bar, on the left, you will see a lock icon. Click it, then click the permissions tab (if not already on it) and near the bottom you will see media. Click the drop down to the right of Media and then select either ask or always allow for this site. It is the same thing Aaron suggested only with fewer clicks and no page navigation.
