Charactermancer is really giving me trouble (not popped out)

Hey folks, My party is having a hell of a time with the charactermancer when leveling up. I went to try and do it this morning to see if I could identify what the issues were, and I ran into similar things as them. Video for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuDwOjK LMOP MODULE! Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open charactermancer upon leveling up 2. The first page does not allow you to click on anything (Roll function does not work) except for the toggle to increase the number, but it doesn't identify what you're actually increasing. 3. Advance to "Features" page, which is blank 4. Return to "Levels" page and the CMancer defaults back to Barbarian. 5. Change to appropriate class and add the appropriate amount of levels 6. Roll functionality (both ROLL and AVERAGE) do not work still 7. Clicking to another page (Features, Spells, Review) and then returning to Levels allows you to finally Roll 8. Once you've rolled, the Features page is now blank again. 9. When heading back to the Levels page, the HP incorrectly is reflected (HP started at 11, rolled a 2 +2 for constitution mod = 15, but it shows 16) What am I doing wrong here? I could understand if I have #9 wrong because I am still new to the game and it's possible the constitution mod is +3 at a level up...but I don't think so. Thoughts here folks?

My characters are having the same issue. We had the problem on February 22nd. Exactly as the OP has described. Every one of my players was plagued with some degree of this issue. Then today it's somehow EVEN WORSE, because my one player who tried to use the charactermancer couldn't move forward nor could she cancel out of it. She tried it on multiple browsers. I also logged into her character sheet and it was completely stuck. I haven't fixed it, but switching to a different character sheet in the game settings has at least given her a usable sheet and she was able to manually increase her stats.

Oh dear. Switching character sheets in an active game is likely to bite you later because it bloats the attributes stored in your Journal entries. So I’m told, anyway. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue.
This happens when the GM has not given the players access to his resources. The charactermancer then has no way to look up the data and it hangs. This has been posted before. To cancel out you have to use the back button to get to the intro page then hit cancel.
