Roll 20 wont load my game

up until now Roll 20 worked fine but just in the final stage of a campaign i was in the site refused to load me in and this also seems to extend to the mobile app. I have absolutely no idea as to whats going on, it wont even allow me to access the external journal of said game since it shows nothing. I also tried the fixes related to this issue but it didn't work. Anybody else experiencing this issue?

Is your game totally missing? That is where mine is as well. Trying to get an answer for that.

These sound like two different problems with the same solution. Contact Roll20 with a  Help Center Request . Serbanoiu, what fixes did you try?

i used several browsers that work with roll 20, made sure i have no addons, checked my firewall, and even tried the mobile app which wont even allow me to select my character for the game.

I am having the same problem. I was successfully able to load the game I was playing on the 19th. Now the map is stuck in loading mode and my character sheet will not load.  This is on my iPad Pro v15.3.1 I have a game tomorrow night and really wanted to use my iPads since I will be away from home.

I honestly dont know what causes this issue. If it still doesn't work i recommend you ask someone to share their screen for you, thats how i managed to play. Good luck.
