I run a game as the DM, but we've done a multi-DM style for the campaign. I let one of my friends DM a side adventure once in a while to give me a break. I make them a DM so they can set up their adventure, they run it, then I take back over. Why is it that I can't take away their DM status once they're done with their side adventure?? At this point, they enter the game as a DM by default, and can see my DM stuff. I have this problem with two of my friends in this campaign... It's super easy to promote someone to DM, why can't you remove the status?? Super frustrating. I saw a post about this 5 years ago. Is this not a thing that can be fixed?? Thank you!
