Success/failure macro involving a character skill check.

Hi all, I am trying to make a success/fail macro that links to rollable tables to report different custom texts depending on a success / failure of a skill check, with a varibale DC. here is what I have currently but it just reports the saving throw, the tables are named 0 and 1 to link to the binary nature of success/faliures {{1t[[1d20+@{selected|wisdom_save_bonus}>?{Choose a DC|5|10|15|20|25|30]]}} thanks in advance, Aaron.

You need a set of single brackets around your table call. {{[1t[[1d20+@{selected|wisdom_save_bonus}>?{Choose a DC|5|10|15|20|25|30]]]}} I would try that.  There is a possibility that you will need another double set of brackets around your calculation to be sure it is resolved to a number before being called on as a table name: {{[1t[[[[1d20+@{selected|wisdom_save_bonus}>?{Choose a DC|5|10|15|20|25|30]]]]]}} I haven't tested either of those, but I would expect one of those to work.

closer than I have gotten but it just reports like this (To GM): {{[1t[[[[ 1d20+4>5}

If  {{[1t[[[[1d20+@{selected|wisdom_save_bonus}>?{Choose a DC|5|10|15|20|25|30]]]]]}} is all you are sending to chat the {{}} will be causing the chat to try and apply a template... to get the output of the table as the end result you'll want: [[ 1t[[[ {1d20 + @{selected|wisdom_save_bonus}}>?{Choose a DC|5|10|15|20|25|30} ]]] ]]
