Make the whole image draggable again

It is only possible to drag images while inside that box you see in the image above. WHY? Why isn't the whole image draggable anymore? Also, as you can see, the arrows inside that box are very hard to see while in dark mode!

Hey Markus. I'm curious, what's the purpose/benefit of dragging that image? (That's the "Avatar" field on the Bio Tab of a Character). Is this how you like to go-about creating a Token?  I've not really understood the purpose of that 4-arrows box symbol, the whole time Roll20 has had that. For token-creation I drag the Name from the Journals list onto the Tabletop.

Normally I do not use this at all. :) As for the creation of Tokens I just drag the Character Sheet onto the map (drag it by the name)... It is just something I noticed :D
