Is there any way to get a practical view of the Library to delete old images?

I apparently have reached the data limit for my library. But not with maps - instead with character tokens I uploaded as a player over all the years because they also get stored there. Now I need to clean up my library, but this is basicially impossible with the endless-scrolling list view I get as a DM in a game. Is there any way to get an actually practical view of the Library where I can sort and filter my uploads and delete old stuff I no longer need? Also, is there way to avoid cluttering it with tokens I maybe need once and never again?
You can left click on any item in the folder you want to clean up. This opens a window with the contents of the folder. You can resize this window to match the size of the screen. You can mark all items you want to delete. Then right click and a context menu should apear. It should have some option to "remove all". This way is not really great either but better than nothing, i guess.

Hi Semako! Also, before you go down that road, check your audio content. A user library contains both images and audio files, and many people have gone tot he trouble of cleaning out huge swaths of their art library before realizing that they could have achieved the same by deleting a handful of audio files.
