UK player, newish to dnd looking for long term group

Hi, I'm lewis. I'm 25 and looking for a group to join. I'm looking for a pretty late night uk game/American time zone game due to work, starting at around half 10 to 11pm gmt. I like to think that i'm a really down to earth and chilled out person who is always up for a good laugh. I'm looking for a 5e game with a decent amount of RP. I'm very willing to put in the effort into the game eg character creation, backstory etc. I've not been involved in too many games and all of them through roll 20 within the last 2 years though rather sporadically so may need a nudge in the right direction from time to time with rules but I'm very easy going and very willing to attempt to progress the story.
