Can I Edit the Official WFRP4e Cubicle 7 Character Sheet?

I've built several non-published Roll20 character sheets in the past and am familiar with roll templates, sheet workers, API scripts, etc. I'm interested in making some updates (read, "bug fixes") to the "Official Cubicle 7" character sheet that I found in the Roll20 github - there doesn't appear to be anyone actively maintaining it. I've browsed through https://wiki.roll20.net/Building_Character_Sheets. Before I even attempt this, I could use some general advice, including: Am I even able to do this? Other than the policies and guidelines in the link above, is there any other reason I can't do this? Should I even do this? If not, why not? If I submit changes, will they be reviewed and by whom? How long does this process usually take? Thanks, in advance.

You would need to get in contact with Cubicle 7 (maybe Roll20, but I'm assuming Cubicle 7 is the primary on that one) to get permission to alter the sheet. I know there was mention somewhere that Roll20 used some sort of code owner rules for publisher cards. If you aren't listed as a code owner for that sheet, I don't think your pull requests will go anywhere. https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-code-owners
