Warlocks regain all spell slots on a short rest. Other classes recover spell slots on a long rest. Nothing about multiclassing changes those class features. If you burn 2 pact slots and 2 non-pact slots, then short rest, you get your 2 pact slots back again. If you immediately short rest again you do not recover the two non-pact slots. If you can't be bothered tracking them separately, that's up to your table, but that isn't what's in the rulebook. I thought they were saying that at first also but I think what they mean is that they used 2 level 1 spell slots, and then short rested twice and got 2 level 1 spell slots back.  That can't happen.  The pact slot is just being counted as an additional spell slot instead of a pact magic slot.  Personally I never rely on the spell slots on spell page for a warlock and just use a pact magic slots count in a repeating box.          Exactly. That's an issue. I'm saying that's how the sheet currently works, which is not how the rules work. A Pact Magic Slots resource box is a good idea for a workaround though. A few improvements we discussed internally: Adding a option to initiate a "custom" rest where you could toggle on/off what you want to reset; Adding the ability to recharge the total by a die (for magic items.) Again, thanks for the input, I will make sure to keep an eye on this thread. If you're putting together a to-do list, consider adding support for the Healing and Rest Variants (DMG p. 266-267) as well, or support for "custom" rest option to do so. I do think this could be a great feature, I don't think it is yet.
