Text popout error

During my game last night I kept having a load error. I was running Rime of the Frostmaiden. I popped out one of the descriptive texts for the game. When I clicked on a handout embedded in the text the popout opened in the game window but the text in my popout window had error. I was using the Chrome browser. See the image below. I could close that window and reopen it and continue the game but something is going wrong here. I tried this again today with the edge browser and had the same error. Any ideas? Dave

I am having the same issue on my Mad Mage campaign. Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated.

This is a common complaint. The devs are aware of it but you might want to create a Help Desk ticket via the Help Centre  in case it gives them more info. In the meantime, there is a workaround here .

The workaround is not working for me.  It just opens another tab showing the same "site cannot be reached" type error.  I'm running Princes of the Apocalypse on a Mac in Firefox.
