There is not a way to sort them currently -- good idea to Suggest for that to be added. The workaround way at this point, use Control-F (the "Find" command in web browser) and begin to type the name of the module. Of course you'll have to recall words that are in the Title, so just searching for "5E" or a category term won't work.
What kind of Sorting would you like to see added there, Patrick? I think "Sort By Game System" (to separate your list of owned-modules by 5E, CoC, etc). I guess "Sort by Author / Publisher" could also be useful.

Also, if you are just looking at modules you have specifically purchased, you can go to <a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/myitems" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/myitems</a> to see a list of them. From there you can use the sort button to show just modules, click on them and choose "Create game with this module".
