Thanks to one game falling through from DM inaction and another that is perhaps on the verge of doing the same for the same reason, I'm looking for some games for my Friday nights through Sundays. I only play text-based games, and would be willing to play any game that I'm familiar with, or a new game that isn't too difficult to learn. The games that I could easily jump into... Dungeons and Dragons (3e, 3.5 or Pathfinder, though I'm familiar with 2e and could play if the concept is really worth it), old and new World of Darkness (Mage, preferably), Marvel Superheroes (FASERIP), Mutants and Masterminds, Aberrant, Exalted, Cyberpunk, BESM (and its derivatives), Champions, Monsterhearts and most other D20 games (D20 Modern, Spycraft, Star Wars). I'm open to other games if the concept appeals to me. (I was introduced to Monsterhearts since coming to Roll20 a month ago, so that stands as proof that I'm willing to adapt when something catches my attention. I would most be interested in Dungeons and Dragons, Marvel, Mage, Mutants and Masterminds, Cyberpunk and BESM. Of those, I'm probably jonesing the most for DnD 3.5 and M&M, since those are the games that either have or are in the process of falling apart. Thus, I've gotten my anticipation up for those games, and now my fix isn't coming. I have a PL 10 character built that I made for a game based around a superhero high school, but my teenaged supergenius could be adapted into other settings. For DnD, I'd like a game with a lot of player options (after all, there is so much third party content to choose from), and would really like to try out a gestalt game.
