Add Dynamic Lighting option to the right click Layer menu option of a token/polygon line

Feature ask for this post I created 6 years ago: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2116687/move-tokens-slash-polygon-lines-to-dynamic-lighting-layer#post-10741516 Add the option of Dynamic Lighting to the Layer menu option when you right click on a token/polygon line. Currently, you are allowed to move an object from the Dynamic Lighting layer to the Token, GM, and Map layers but not in reverse using the menu. If an object is incorrectly moved to a layer from the Dynamic Lighting layer, the only options the GM has to undo that action is to: Delete the object then recreate it again in the Dynamic Lighting layer. (This can be a pain if a large section of a map was moved by accident.) Turn on Advanced Hotkeys and use the existing hotkey. (Not easily found or used by many non-keyboard savvy GMs) Implement a script like Token Mod or Move Lighting . (Not accessible to non-programmer GMs)
