Attendance XP - Starting Next Year we will have 10% "to next Level" attendance XP. Several reason for this. 1) Reward player that attend (often having to off play other characters for players that could not attend.) 2) Not every secession is XP profitable (could be lots of role-play that needs to be cared for and very little XP rich combat.) 3) It keeps advancement moving... I enjoy a long campaign however players need to progress. Its fun, fair and good for role-play. Lastly its not really too big of a reward.... to become a 20th level Mage requires 21,237,500 XP.... if you were going to level to that high by "just showing up" it would take you 3 years 11 month and 2 weeks. Attendance XP will be awarded at the end of the secession.
