Animated tokens disappearing

I have created a map with an animated rain token sized to the entire map and set to the map layer. Everything sets up and animates fine. However, once I shut down for the night the next time I log in to roll20 any animated tokens I had placed are gone. Does anyone have any experience with this, and hopefully a solution?

Is the animated rain token a graphic you have uploaded, or one from the marketplace? Is it still in your art library, despite not being visible on the VTT? Finally, are you using any third party extension to produce this, or just plain vanilla Roll20?

Hi Erik, Just to confirm is not just you. This been happening to me too, with my animated tokens. To me it happens with my animated assets from the market place mostly some elemental effects and a portal pack. the best way will be to open a ticket. I already open one but the only reply I got was from the automated system. I submit my ticket two days ago and since they have a high volume of ticket they said they will take more time to answer. In the mean time what I do is that I prepare the scene I want the same day, an hour before my session that way they don't disappear. they only disappear if I refresh the page.  

I remember this bug from a while back, where animated tokens would disappear.  I was helping someone troubleshoot the issue, and could get it to reproduce pretty easily with the tokens they had in their game -- turning on the animated tokens setting and the tokens would disappear; turning them off and they would reappear.

(I have yet to learn how to upload, or find my own animated tokens/maps.) It is still in my art library. I am using VTT Enhancement Suite.
