Hello, I have been a roll20 user from its early days, I have an account with 10 thousand hours, and this one with about 13 thousand hours. I am writing this because I love roll20 for what it represents but I feel that it requires a few new quality of life features that would really make it stand up, for starters I will keep things simple with what I believe to be the most needed quality of life change. As of now managing your storage in roll20 is frankly unintuitive and needlessly cumbersome. In order for me to delete tokens, images, and music from my storage I have to, A: Log into a game where I am DM or Co-DM B: Click on Art Library > My Library C: Scroll down to recent uploads > click on the little 2 square icon that if you hover over it says "Filter out items already in your library" Or Click on a picture already within your library or right-click the image to delete it, All this is fine and good while inside of a game. You can even bulk delete by selecting multiple tokens and the like, great. Still, there is no excuse to limit the ability to clear your storage to only people DMing. While there is a way to access a hidden website to allow you to clear your storage That is to visit this website: https://marketplace.roll20.net/library This is as an old abandoned tool, that is hidden as there is no place on the website with a link to this feature, but its our only option to manage storage outside of a game. Quote from this old tool: " This library management tool is deprecated and no longer supported. Using this tool may cause breaking changes to your in-app art library folder structure or other issues. " Why not support something as fundamental as being able to manage your storage? where is our new solution? This situation has been going on for what feels like years, and this is what I propose. That link is just what we need, a place outside the game where players and DMs can manage their storage. Update it and streamline it if you have to. Have a place on the website UI to access the library, like Manage Library, or Manage Storage. This should be found in multiple places on the website, Under My Account > Storage Quota Under Tools of the main website UI interface and also why not, go a step further if possible, you could make it an option under game settings on each game, to filter out the Store content that was uploaded while running that game and allow you to manage it. This new updated storage management tool should also allow players and dms the ability to manage their uploaded music as well. I hope this is useful to the team, I am inexperienced in writing these things but I would like to create a discussion about this, allowing both gms and normal users the ability to manage their storage will result in less frustration with the website and a happier player base. I feel this is well worth the team's time and resources. Thank you for your time.
