Character Sheets Will Not Update.

Have a group of players that are now 2nd level. Two of the five Character sheets will revert to their 1st level hit points after we leave Roll20. Thanks

Hi Moot! It might be useful to file a  Help Center Request , but if you'd liek community help, there's some information we could use: What sheet are you using? Do the hit points revert on the sheet, or the token? Or Both? Test by dragging out a new token. If you manually correct the value, does it remain until you refresh the game? Depending on the answers, a screen shot of the token settings may be helpful.

Keith. Sorry. We are using the 5e sheet. When the party reached level 2, Hit Points were added to the sheest. Everything was fine that session. A few weeks later when we went to play the HP on two of the five character sheets, and their respective tokens, reverted to their level 1 HP totals. They revert back to level 1 when I refresh the game. Thanks

Is the game using any scripts? And the HP total is changing on the sheet, not just the tokens? And you know that none of the players accidentally changed anything or tried to run Level 1 Charactermancer again?

The only script I am using is a Hit Point tracker I use so players can see what everyone's Hit points are. &{template:default} {{name=HP Check}}  {{Finn Marblebrew =**@{Finn Marblebrew|hp}/@{Finn Marblebrew|hp|max}**}} {{Delphiner=**@{Delphine|hp}/@{Delphine|hp|max}**}} {{Chowdavion Quavious=**@{Chowdavion Quavious|hp} /@{Chowdavion Quavious|hp|max}**}} {{Moira TeaGallow=**@{Moira TeaGallow|hp}/@{Moira Teagallow|hp|max}**}} {{Qinric Yeetherman=**@{Qinric Yeetherman|hp}/@{Qinric Yeetherman|hp|max}**}} Hit Points are changing on the sheet and the token. None of the players are changing anything. I reset the Hit Points to their 2nd level totals then left Roll20. Came back 1/2 hour later the HP totals reverted back to level one. Thanks

That needs a dev look-see, then. That's not even a script; it's a macro, and macros by themselves can't change anything on a sheet or a token. I'd go with the  Help Center Request , especially if you can reproduce the effect that consistently.

Thanks. I deleted the Script. I have signed out and back into the game several times in the last few hours and the problem went away. If it comes back I will ask the Help Center.

so just to confirm this issue, Ive been having it crop up randomly for some players across 3-4 games. character sheet and tokens will revert to older HP totals, sometimes multiple levels ago. 1 rogue keeps resetting to 26 hp (he currently has 52), 2 different clerics with the same con score keep resetting to 28 hp, etc. a total of 12 player character had this happen. First started a month or so ago, seemed like a one of thing and I manually fixed all the issues (which was rough for the players who were rolling for HP and couldnt remember their exact hp total) and then it cropped back up once last week and again for one player this morning. 

I did two thing and I never had the problem again. I deleted my HP Tracker. Also, I noticed I had never deleted the tokens form pages previously played on. I deleted those. haven't had the problem since.
