If I click on this Item in my Marketplace:

it leads me to this Error:

according to the date it was added with the Roll20 Reserve Bundle for this month. Everything else included I can access just fine. And now I am wondering as it is listed with the other marketplace Items and I can not delete it. The only option I have is to request refund...

You might want to try again.  It works for me.

The token set resolves, the map pack does not. The best thing to do is to file a Help Center Request. I'll report as well. Not sure how you would go about asking for a refund on a free item, though. :)

As said, it is the MAP Pack that does not work :)

I am not since for me it was free...^^ I don't know if it was an error publishing it early as it is a kickstartet item after all... Maybe it was a mistake publishing it to the marketplace... but if it was, it should be removed...

Don't know. The Kickstarter token pack does say "This is an exclusive token set specifically released early for Roll20 users on Reserve", so maybe the map pack was too? It doesn't show in the screen shot you posted here, so maybe there is some kind of mixup. I've reported it, so hopefully it will either be removed or made available shortly, depending upon whatever the original intent was.

That is what I get for mostly looking at the picture and thinking "I was just looking at that!"...

Strange thing is, I have this in my marketplace as an Item and I know for sure I have not bought that. BUT I claimed the Roll20 Reserve Package for this month as you can see on the screenshot in my first post here... ^^

I think there might be some glitch as to what is and is not included. I'm sure it will clear up soon, one way or the other.

I filed a help center request and put a link to this thread in it. Hope that helps...

Yes. The error is indeed resolved and now it is properly displayed in the Roll20 Reserve Package as well :)
