Character sheet tab suddenly not loading

Hi, I am the game creator, logged in this morning to do some prep, everything was working fine. This afternoon I created a new character sheet but the character sheet tab won't load. Its just blank. Looked at all the existing sheets, the same. All the permissions are correct. Only thing I did was clear the chat log. Looking in the game settings, the correct character sheet is selected. The sheet is warhammer 4ed by Djjus I have a game scheduled tonight, so all help is welcome.

You might make a copy of the game and see if the copy behaves correctly.  If not, I would try setting the character sheet in the copy to none and save that setting.  Then set the sheet back to the warhammer sheet and save.  Maybe one of those things will straighten things out. I don't see anything new for that sheet (assuming I looked at the correct one) except for a new italian translation 6 days ago, so I don't think it should be a sheet code update that is the issue.  If the copy and change sheet options don't make it usable, you will need to submit a request through the help center and hope they can figure out what has happened.

The first thing to try when you have a glitch like this, is to clear the chat log. You'll find the opportion on one of the buttons on the same page your launch the campaign. Chat log corruption can cause a bunch of issues, this being one of them.

Just tried creating a copy, no change. I reset the character sheet on the drop down to none. The set it back to the correct sheet on the copy.No affect I tried clearing the chat log in the options in game and then clearing the archive on the games settings dropdown. Also no affect on both the copy or the original. thanks for the help so far

So more information. I just created a new game loading that same character sheet and it doesn't work. I changed it to the cubicle 7 sheet and it will load.

I see now you mentioned clearing the chat log. Just to be clear: you did it from the Launch Game page, not from inside the game? Those are different, and the second one isn't what's needed for things like this? If that isn't the issue, I'd suggest biting the bullet and cancelling game night, and sending in a help request to Roll20. There's probably not much chance we'll figure out what's going on before game starts. One thing I recommend trying: create a completely new campaign, and chose the same character sheet. Enter the game and click the Addd Character button and view it. Does the character sheet load properly? This is just to test if the issue is in your campaign, or whether the sheet you are using is broken. (That has happened on rare occasions.)

Ninja'd! It sounds like the problem is not with yoru campaign, but something wrong with the source character sheet. You need to tell roll20 this, and tell them the date you know it was last working properly. They'll probably roll back the code to get it working, but I don't know how fast they'll do it.
