This game will happen on Monday @ 7:30 PM CST, and run till about 10:30 PM CST. Might start/end a little earlier or later, just depends on attendance and content length. I already have 4 players that I have played varying sessions with in previous games. I know them all decently well enough, and we all play great together. Figured I'd put up an advertisement to see if I can get a solid 5th player to round out the party. As it stands, we have: -Path of the Depths Barbarian, Bilgewater native -Wild Card Rogue, Bilgewater native -Fiendish Warlock, Vastayan -Undead Warlock, Noxian native If you're wondering what the Rogue and Barbarian subclasses are, they are custom to the campaign setting. Now, I won't tell you what to play, but as it stands we do need some more frontline strength. The barbarian is all they have unless I give them an NPC hireling all the time. The Campaign We're starting in Bilgewater, and plan to do typical pirate adventuring for a while. I would even like to see the group get a ship. However. I don't want that to be the whole game, that can get stale after a while. I have plans in development for the future, but for now our adventures will be in the pirate city of Bilgewater. Knowledge of the setting, whether you played the games or not, is not required. It is definitely a bonus though. The General Rules https://docs.google.com/document/d/11QuCD14vokGFTb2XX2ZBPuP5XX5_NJYrfJgMgXENWjY/edit?usp=sharing There are some more specific ones privy to the game/setting/group, some of which makes combat more challenging. What I'm Looking For -Will not miss or be late to sessions regularly. I'm a bit lax on the start time if a player got off work late or something, but I'd generally like to start when we're supposed, if not earlier. -Finds the world (or just likes high fantasy/high magic and grim dark) interesting and fun to play in. -Works with the DM to make a character that suits the player. You can be as involved in the world's story up to a certain degree, or you could be detached. You'll get as much as you'll give me. -Happy with balance. It's a tabletop roleplaying game. Removal of combat and the exploration part of the game will cut most of the game from it, and there are better systems out there for just story telling, or just combat. The mix of various methods of play makes for the best that D&D can be, in my humble opinion. There's so much more to cover I'm sure, but I'll leave a little more to be discussed during the interview. If you have any questions for me and/or want to apply, add me on Discord and tell me a bit about yourself when I accept your friend request. I may or may not be able to do a call, based on what time I accept, but I can probably still text even if I find you while I'm at work. Discord Tag: Grimm#7717
