[LF3M to fill] [DH1e] [Paid] Running a Dark Heresy 1e on Tuesdays 7-11pm EASTERN

System: Dark Heresy 1e House Rules: Abhuman Acolytes Allowed, Item Crafting Allowed, Less Perilous Psykers (slightly) Date/Time: Tuesdays 7p (Eastern); Once per week for roughly 3-4 hours. Players: Up to 6. How Much: $20 Session via Paypal/Ko-fi. Calixis on the brink of collapse, the Xenos encroach, heresy abounds, and pernicious taint of chaos spread rampant throughout the sector and in the grim darkness of the future there is only war.  It in the shadows the Inquisitors lurk dealing with these ever-present threats to the Imperium, each in their own unique way.  Some with fire, orthodoxy, purity, and an unrelenting devotion to the past; others with innovation, and an outside the box attitude that often puts them at odds with their peers. You are an acolyte of an inquisitor of the latter kind, a Radical of the Ordo Xenos.  One who seeks to shine a light into the darkest places.  Defend the Imperium without falling to the level its enemies. * * * A tithe shortage has been noted across the Calixis sector, each world claiming they are sending their full and proper due.  On paper it all looks as it should, and yet somewhere along the way the math simply ends up wrong.  In some places it is at the battle lines of the Astra Militarum, others its in the cargo holds of the various Merchant ships transporting goods from various worlds.  In some cases, entire planets have been reclassified to give less than they should.  It has taken nearly a decade to discover the lack, and half-again as long to determine that this has been a consistent event across the sector. You, as acolytes of the inquisition under a high-ranking inquisitor are being tasked with discovering the source of this shortage; be it chronic negligence, incompetence, or malice.  In a vast machine the size of a sector’s worth of bureaucracy, any are possible. In the midst of this crisis, you are likewise serving an Inquisitor who seems to have distinctly unorthodox methods and beliefs.  Beliefs which have you going on side missions in the middle of an Imperial crisis.  Is he acting in the best interest of the Imperium, or has he gone entirely rogue? * * * * * * Additional information in the following post, if you are interested in playing leave a message or send me a PM message. This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $20US per session.  Payments may be made on Paypal, Ko-fi, or through private arrangement. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements.

Additional Game Details Current Roles: Tech (Generalized/Crafting), Ranged Combat, Analyst/Detective Roles Needed: Arbitrator, Assassin, Guardsman, Pskyer, Scum Sheet/Rolls used: We will be using a modified version of the DH1ed character sheet with targeted/selected CALCULATED rolls.  With music and some sound as well as dynamic lighting. The game will be using voice (on Discord) but facecams are NOT required.  It will also likely be streamed on twitch. Gameplay details: This game is going to be taking place in the Calixis Sector starting at around the year 990.M41.  Much later than the typical dark heresy game, (because reasons).  I will be more of an investigatory game than a combat game with a balance of 60/30 leaning more towards Investigation.  We will be staying mostly true to the cannon events of lore, with some embellishment or omission for story purposes, and while this game will likely be true to the grimdark nature the setting the game will be about 20% less zealous. Abhumans Allowed: Some abhuman acolytes are permitted using Abhuman Acolytes.  Most basic abhumans (Felinids, Longshanks, Nightsider, Ratlings and Squats) can be played without restriction, others, (Neandor, {Pelager/Delphi and Troth), require permission from the GM and the other players.  If you wish to play these rarer abhuman strains, you must have a detailed backstory prepared. Abhumans such as any of the Beastmen strains, Afriel (Gland warriors), Ogryn and Scalies are not allowed in this game. See Abhuman Acolytes for more information on Abhumans as players.
I'm interested if you'll have me.
