New Player LFG 5E Free

Hi there, I'm Beckie. I have played 1 dnd game in my life and I would like to play again. The thing is none of my friends actually like the kinds of games/fun things I'm into so I have to go online to do them. The 1 dnd game I played was over skype with video camera. Was a bit awkward but still fun. we used an online dice roller. Anyways. I am looking to play the game. 5th Ed. Because thats all I hear about.. that and Pathfinder. I am Willing to learn. looking to have fun and hopefully make some friends along the way. i dont know if you guys roleplay when playing is that a thing? or is it all just automated? I guess i'll find out :D

The only D&D exp. I have was an absolute drunken ego disaster at a house party. But I've loved fantasy novels and games since I was a child. I don't know anyone in my area, and am trying to get into playing virtually. I comprehend the basics, just completely inexperienced with tabletop. Hoping to link with a group as well. Hey, I’m also looking for a game to play (schedule and time depending). I’m used to playing With newbies and have no problem helping people figure out how to play and have spent a lot of time helping others build characters lol. I have no games open right now but I’ll keep you in mind if I find any games looking for multiple people.

I guess i'll find out :D if you shoot me a message we can probably work something out for a short-term campaign.  can probably scrape together a team pretty fast and then run through the sunless citadel, get some people's feet wet and all that.
