GM LFP for various games Fridays at 10pm-1am EDT

If you know of itmeJP's show Rollplay, it's basically just the R&D concept and you can skip the next paragraph. What I want to start, is a game that pleases my need as a GM to try new games. I enjoy buying and reading all sorts of manuals, even if I never get to play a game. This is my chance to play those games that I never get to play. Every 6-8 weeks we will start a new system with a new story, characters, etc. If you are the type of gamer that enjoys playing new games, then this is the lobby for you. NOOB FRIENDLY!!! With this format, this becomes a very good lobby for anyone new to roleplaying, as you will get the most experience as quick as possible. We will be using Skype to communicate. I think this sounds interesting. ^_^ I'm pretty much a noob, and getting to know more systems sounds kinda fun, since all of my experience so far has been D&D and Pathfinder (and a very little bit of other random stuff many years ago that I barely remember). I do have a mic (and technically a webcam too, though I've never actually used it).

Very interested! I've been trying to do the same rollplay R&D format myself but the lack of GM that wants to try lots of different games makes it hard. This is perfect for me!

If you're still looking for people, color me interested! While I don't think I'll be bringing Face back for Apocalypse World, I have a few other characters gathering dust.

Hopefully there is still room as I enjoy checking out new systems. I may be a bit sad at the end of a system as I enjoy long running campaigns but this will be an interesting learning experience. I am available 9pm CDT (GMT -5) which lines up perfectly with you (10pm EDT). I have a mic and webcam, though I typically do not use the webcam. I've played a decent amount of systems (DnD all versions, Vampire, Werewolf, Shadowrun, Starship Troopers, d20 Modern, AFMBE, and probably some others) and typically try to read though all the material beforehand but can work on adapting to rolling up new characters quickly and just running with them. I can learn new systems quickly and this will be a fun format to enhance that learning. Even if it is a system I have played before I will be interested as a lot of games are 1-2 versions of DnD and thus others get little play. I've heard more and more about Dark Heresy and Stars without Number so I would be interested in putting those on the list. Starship Troopers has looked interesting and I've played the beginnings a couple times but the games never lasted to actual missions, similar experience with AFMBE. I tend to prefer d20 or d6 systems, I've played little WoD games.
