This is an ongoing campaign where the characters have just stepped foot into the Temple for the first time!&nbsp; Join in for the mayhem that is Temple of Elemental Evil! The Village of Hommlet, a quaint village that once nearly fell prey to a great, neighboring evil some years ago, thrives again. The nearby Temple of Elemental Evil, a grand edifice of wickedness, was defeated after a great battle and thrown into ruin forever ... or was it? Bandits have started to ride the roads again, and there are other ominous signs afoot. It is whispered that the demonic evil at the heart of the Temple was not truly conquered but merely imprisoned, and even now agents of evil, malevolent beasts, and far worse creatures are conspiring to return the Temple to power and enslave the surrounding lands. Hommlet and the neighboring ruins may hold clues, but not everyone is to be trusted, and surely danger lies hidden in this idyllic region. Looking for two (or possibly three) more players to take on what has been rated one of the top five adventures of all time.&nbsp; This classic has been given new life by Goodman Games and brought up to 5th Edition rules. Hey, I am an old Dm myself (2nd edition) which did greyhawk. I recognize this one and I believe I still have the original (I believe with pyramid on front cover and still 1st edition). Stopped playing for decades and interested to pick it up again. Totally new on 5th and even don't have players manual of that. If you can have patience, I am willing to try.
