Feature Request: Bring Forward & Send Backward "one step" for objects on layers (Map Layer specifically)

While there is the ability to "Bring to Front" or "Send to Back" it would be extremely useful if there was a way to be more granular with object/token order from the UI (no API required).  Simply being able to shift an object one-step in the display order ("bring forward" and "Send Backward") rather than only all the way to the front or back ESPECIALLY on the MAP layer would be great.  Also not sure if this would be a seperate suggestion but it relates to object order...would it be possible to also place a object order priority?  For example, this abject is "Always on top"?
