No attribute and syntax errors when making rolls

Hi everyone. I've been using Roll20 for a bit, and launched my first campaign. Had an immediate problem. When my players attempted to roll anything, whether saving throws, skill checks, attack rolls, saving throws, no rolls were made and instead I got errors (see picture below). From my computer as GM I can roll for them without a problem, it works perfectly. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggested solutions would be very much appreciated. Cheers. *Edit for clarity: we're using Pathfinder 1st edition.

Hi Nick! Things to try: 1. Make sure there is only one character by that name in the game. Check for handouts or archived characters as well. 2. Small possibility: Change the name to anything else. This will help rule out #1, but it will also make sure there are no protected words in the name (rare problem). 3. Make sure there are no spaces or invisible characters at the beginning or end of the name.

Thank you very much for the swift reply! My party has disbanded for the night so I won't be able to test results, but I'll check your fixes. Regarding those fixes, I will say: I have run campaigns before that worked perfectly. I set this one up the same way. Also I don't use archives so that won't be it. I may make a copy of my campaign, erase everything but one character, and test if the error persists with that one. I'll report results. Thanks again!

My guess is number 1, then.
So it turns out I screwed up - on the settings for my campaign, I didn't select "Query modifier for Ability Rolls," "Query modifier for Initiative Rolls," or any of the others. After I did so, my problem disappeared. Thank you again for the help.
