looking for a 11 central time group for a game im GMing

What system is going to be used. is it going to be voice, cam, both, or text? How many players are you looking for? Are you planning on using a map or going descriptive only or maybe tossing in a image or two if needed? If voice are you going to use the built in voice chat here or use a 3rd party software and if it is going to be 3rd party then what software? Skype? it is popular. Voip program? Teamspeak and other are used. What about characters and their sheet? Use the ones here, mythweavers, or maybe a google doc? These question and more will need to be answered.
