escalation die

Hi, I am using the new 5e default sheets, and can not make the escalation die add on work at all. I created a character sheet and named it escalation die and made an attribute called @{Escalation Die|die} but I can't get the PC sheets to reference it. What am I missing?

The 13th Age sheet uses an Escalation Die entry in the Turn Tracker. Perhaps the 5e sheet uses the same thing?
On the 13th age sheet, those are built into the macros created by the sheet, and the usage wouldn't be compatible with the 5e sheet normally. Robert, you say you're using some kind of addon for it? Can you provide a link or source for the addon?
I found this on 13th age website https://pelgranepress.com/2013/05/10/adding-the-escalation-die-to-roll20/ and this here https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/3200914/13th-age-escalation-die-macro-question-for-legacy-sheet if that thread could have been responded to I would have. I created a player called escaltion die but how do I get the sheet to except the input?
this may just not be possible, the sheet MAY just not be compatible with a global (all players and in perfect world all monsters) get a scaling bonus

That first post from Wade Rockett predates Character Sheets on Roll20. It’s probably not useful any more.
