Timer and Turn Tracker

Hello,  I am running a DnD campaign and want to institute a timer for turns during combat. Because of that i picked up the following mod: Hourglass Authors:  Déja Augustine My quest is if there is a way to set the macro in such a way that the timer is refreshed on every lick of the turn tracker, so each turn the timer is reset and restarted?

Look for Combat Master, download it from the Github link, it has a timer built in, it even puts it on screen with the token and issues warnings as the time runs down.
