Image uploads fail with 403s

This has been posted with various different symptoms and results in the past few years, but I am encountering this again. This time, I am uploading webm files for animated tokens, which has worked in the past, but today, I am getting the aws 403 errors, as in: GET https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/288723917/SjnnvC0jsoM_6WniOmLRLg/med.webm?165457447155 403 (Forbidden) datadog-rum.js:1 Second load attempt failed for https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/266384819/ox5ee2DldPp2YHv0CodSzQ/sample.png?16428311331654574738697 over and over again

There is a huge thread in the suggestions forum for roll20 to enable this, but sadly it has not been implemented...

I use webm files for multiple tokens. They do not show up in Safari, but they work fine in Chrome or Firefox. (The above upload finally did work in firefox, though never did from Chrome)
Having similar issues trying to upload an mp4. No response by support yet.
