Dragon Age & SW Edge of the Empire beginner game

Hello, Looking to join a group to play Dragon Age or Star Wars Edge of the Empire beginners game.  Have both but when I do eventually get a chance to run through them with some friends (probably next winter) I know I will get stuck with being GM.  Never played a pen & paper RPG (spent plenty of time playing them on PC) and would like to get a chance to play through and experience the beginner scenarios and stories included in the above games as a player before seeing the story and spoilers as GM which I have no interest in being anyway. I am GMT but am used to working around EST as well. Fiachra.

Well i have gm'd a dragon age game in person for about a year ill message you if i ever make a dragonage game. On here i think i just might tommorriw i already have a campaign written up.

I am also interested in Dragon Age. I have no experience with tabletop RPGs, but I'm wanting to learn to play just about anything, and eventually GM or DM a few games as well. I'm available most nights, and all weekend. I have a microphone as well.

Hey Fiachra, I am running an EotE game on Sat 27th, 6 pm EST if you're interested. Kat9, by the way, I am thinking of a campaign as some point of time but I need to get more familiar with the system first... plus I'd like the core book to come out before to start a campaign. I am currently running a weekly campaign of Warhammer 3rd edition which is a similar system, and it's very fun.

I'm totally up for a campaign, just one shots are a bit of a frustrating tease :) Things are great, you have a lot of fun and then no call after they go home in the morning..

My Thursday campaign that mentioned earlier is going well, so well in fact that I am trying to get another game going on Tuesdays during the day EST (afternoon/evening GMT). The exact time is not set, I'm trying to see when people are free. This game will not be a one shot but a longer campaign. Hopefully fiachra, we can get a time when your not working. Anyone else who is interested is free to contact me for more details.

I swear my boss is reading this thread and then assigning me night shifts whenever a game is being organized! Working tonight and next Tuesday, I only work nights every now and then so hopefully its just been a short run of bad luck so far, next months rota is being drawn up at moment so hopefully can organize something then.
