Upgraded to Pro, now most of the maps and tokens are gone

Hello, I hope someone can help me. I'm running a Curse of Strahd campaign that I received from one of my players (who in turn received it from another person). I decided to upgrade my subscription to Pro so that I could take advantage of the dynamic lighting and other features. As a result, 95% of the maps/token/character portraits are gone. I opened a ticket with Helpdesk but tomorrow I have the new session and nothing to show for it. I mean literally. Using the rollback option is no use because it's been a week since I had this issue. So, do you have any idea what to do? I mean, other than going online and starting downloading stuff like crazy. Thanks.

What do you mean with this part?  Was the module gifted to you?  Did someone create the game, promote someone else to GM, and then you were promoted to GM later?  Who is actually the creator/owner of this game?  If you aren't the game creator/owner, then perks of your account level won't be available. This probably isn't something that can be solved outside of the Help Center, because a change in account level shouldn't (can't to my knowledge) change what images are available in a game.  However, if this was a game set up or edited by someone else, with a lot of custom images, then all of those will disappear if they delete the images from their art library.  If that is what happened, then your only option is to start replacing those images with your own.
You're right, I forgot to mention that. The ownership of the campaign was transferred to me, I did not create it. Like I said, the ownership was passed from a person to one of my players and then to me. But I do not know who the original creator is. Although it sounds weird that I had no issues whatsoever running six sessions over the course of three months and as soon I upgrade, all is lost. Moreover, my other campaign (one with assets provided by me) did not incur this problem.

Is the original Creator no longer a member of the Game?  How did the game get transferred to you, was this by "Promote To Co-GM" or did someone special-request that Roll20 transfer the ownership to another account entirely (they do that, rarely)? To me it sounds like the problem is a previous Creator was the owner of the Curse Of St module product in Roll20. If the person who purchased Curse Of St is no longer in the game, that could be a good reason for this. Don't try "downloading stuff like crazy", that would take forever to set it up again. If there is no better recovery solution found, try this: Purchase Curse of St. module from Roll20 Marketplace Create a new game with Curse Of St. module Use the PRO feature "Transmogrify" to move the Player Characters from the broken game, into the new install. That's why I said, " most " of the maps and tokens are gone. Some of them are still available for use. There are no criteria to determine why certain assets remained and why the rest is gone. Unfortunately, I can't remember, it happened in January or maybe before that. Gold said: Don't try "downloading stuff like crazy", that would take forever to set it up again. I will call that... last resort. Thanks for the tips.

Just checking: How was ownership transferred? This ordinarily takes a developer, acting with permission of transferrer and transferee. The others are correct in that transferring the ownership of a game does not transfer ownership of a module used to create the game.
Like I previously said, it's been too long and I can't remember. I'm sure that the ownership was passed to me from my player through the Request page. I was promoted to Co-GM and then I took ownership of the campaign. UPDATE: I created a new campaign and "trasmogrified" most of my original content.
