Character Sheet Speed Not Reducing Automatically

i've noticed that the speed on my players sheets ((5e by roll20)) are not automatically reducing for example wearing heavy plate armor with STR lower than 15 and having 2 levels of exhaustion (which should halve speed) is there a sheet error or something i'm simply missing... i should mention that the speed goes up when a barbarian get fast movement but then doesn't reduce again if they put heavy armor on.

no such automation is included in the D&D5E sheet, if that's what you're asking.

In this case, the reason is likely that a class feature is a "permanent" change to a character. I.e. it re-writes your speed. Equipment bonuses modify attributes, and "Speed" is probably not set up for that. Given the number of things that can modify speed, doubling, halving, subtracting and adding, I'm not surprised it's not automated. And if I were playing a barbarian/monk harengon, I would probably double check manually. Charactermancer is largely good, but Roll20 is not a D&D-only site and the tool just isn't as specialized as it might otherwise be.
