Better way for DMs to recruit players. Player Profiles. Fillable & Searchable.

Right now on roll20.net there is a way to search campaigns by weekly basis, keywords, and players needed. What if players could fill out their profile describing what they are looking for and DMs could search for players they are looking? It's often chaotic mess to go to the LFG forums and find a group, there's a disconnect between players and DMs with players usually out numbering DMs by quite a bit. So if there's a better way for players and DMs to share information about each other then it would make the process of finding games much better. Player profiles could also have reputation given out by how many hours they have played on Roll20 or by commendations from other users. These are just some ideas to what I see is a big problem to using roll20, finding a group to actually play along side with.
I had a similar idea I posted on the player rating thread. It seems better for a DM to search for players to fit his/her game stylistically than the other way around considering the ratio and desperation.  In other words, +1
+1 searchable self evaluations and availability schedules
I think there's lots of little things that could make everything better. Player profiles should have a drop down list: Language: English, Spanish, French, ect. Mic:  Yes, No, Not comfortable. Webcam: Yes, No, Not comfortable. Skype: Yes, No, Not comfortable. Google+: Yes, No, Not comfortable. Experience: Expert, Novice, Journeyman. Game Schedule: Weekly, Monthly, Every other week. Days Available: Nights, Afternoons, Mornings. Schedule: Select days of the week that you are free. Tell us about yourself and what you're looking for: Small section typed out by the player. This sort of profile could help a lot connect players with other players in a quick easy way instead of having to type it out every single time in a forum thread.
i know that including any kind of rating system is going to ruffle feathers, but as much as i hate facebook, maybe just a simple 'like' system if anything at all.  while many peolle really want a 'hate' button, there is a psychological reason facebook only uses likes, it keeps everything positive.
This is something that is actively being worked on currently.
Awesome Nolan, now if you could help me find a party for DnD4e, I'd like that too. lol
Nolan T. J. said: This is something that is actively being worked on currently.   Awesome!  I'd like to request there to be a way to filter out inactive members or otherwise sort by last updated date on a profile.  Weeding through 150,000+ potential profiles can take some doing. +1s all around.

@Dave D. Last Updated, maybe not, last login would be more accurate. Some people don't NEED to change the profile all that much after all. Totally for this as I was one of the one's who preferred searchable profiles over a rating system.
