Multisided token with different character sheets through tokenmod?

I already have a macro set up to shapeshift !token-mod --set currentside|?{Choose your form?| form1,[[1]]| form2,[[2]]| form3,[[3]]| form4,[[4]] } This just changes which side of the token it is on. But I think it is possible to use Tokenmod to manipulate which sheet the token represents? Thus changing the sheet linked to the token as the token changes side? I'm not good enough to figure it out myself, so any ideas?

Here's an example  of how to use token-mod for druid wildshape, though it uses a chat menu rather than a query.
