Is there a way to change the Dnd 5E character sheet apperance?

Hello, I was wondering if, as the question says, there was a way to change the dnd 5e character sheet's appearance, like using another sheet with the same information displayed but a different aesthetic. I don't know what the names for these sheets are but they basically look different (fancy and colorful maybe) but they display all the information found on a regular dnd 5e sheet. Thanks in advance!

There are alternative sheets for 5e, but the two best options are the official D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 Sheet (for its compatibility and updates), and the Shaped Sheet (for its raw power, but no longer supported). The official sheet uses proprietary code, and is not available to tinker with. Your only real option is to use something like Stylus, a browser extension that controls the appearance of pages and items on your own browser, but does not touch the actual code. Here is an example of a style I wrote for NPC statblocks: You can find many more examples here: Show Off Your Style Show Off Your Style 2: The Stylening!
