Ongoing for at least a few months now, I can never filter items the window is blank. I found a couple of dead topics from a year+ ago on the forums but no proper fix. Anyone know?
Hi Atarka! Can you give more specifics? Sheet? Compendium? In-game or web page? What you are trying to filter? If I can duplicate what you are experiencing, it might help in finding a solution.
Steps: Open a 5e by Roll20 game. Click the Compendium toolbar button to display the Compendium. Click the Items category. Click "Filter Results". You'll see the empty Items filter dialog the OP posted an image of. Filtering for Spells or Monsters seems to work fine.
Gotcha. Actual "Items" category, not just any compendium items. Yeah, I confirm, too. I can't believe that the Dev team is not aware of this, but filing a Help Center Request will put pressure on to get this fixed.
