I began formulating a map and closed it, when I reopened it every single tile and token I had previously implemented but chose to delete had reappeared on the layer.
To reproduce this issue I can only suggest dragging some images into a new page, deleting a few and then closing the campaign for 12 hours and checking to see if the discarded images manifest when you relaunch.
I use Google Chrome and run on Windows Vista.
